1. Participant Conduct
We are committed to providing all participants with a positive, respectful experience. Modern Money Matters may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to any program, live session, or community if you:
- Behave in a disruptive or disrespectful manner toward other participants or instructors
- Fail to follow program or platform guidelines
- Impair the experience of other users or instructors
No refunds will be issued in cases of access termination due to conduct violations.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and ask that you extend the same respect to others in our community. By purchasing, you agree not to:
- Infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights belonging to other users or Modern Money Matters
- Share confidential information disclosed within any program, coaching session, or community space
- Reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise misuse any content or materials provided
All materials are proprietary and provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use may result in legal action. Your purchase is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
3. Product Content
- All content is for general informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered personalized financial, legal, or tax advice
- Materials are provided for your individual use only
- You may not share, sell, teach, or redistribute any content without prior written permission from Modern Money Matters
- We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the materials
- You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the content provided
4. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific financial results from your participation in any program or community. Examples, case studies, and testimonials shared are for illustrative purposes only. Your results will vary depending on many factors, including your financial situation, background, experience, and level of effort and commitment.
If you are not willing to accept full responsibility for your own results, please do not purchase our products or services.
5. Payment and Refund Terms
90-Day Money Mastery Quick Start (Digital Product)
The 90-Day Money Mastery Quick Start is a digital product. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to all program materials. Because of the digital nature of this product and the instant delivery of content:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted once access has been provided
- Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing
Money Mastery Membership Collective (Membership)
The Money Mastery Membership Collective is a paid membership program. Access is billed as follows: a one-time payment of $497 for your first 90 days, followed by a monthly continuation fee of $97 per month if you choose to continue.
- The initial 90-day payment is non-refundable once access has been granted
- Monthly continuation payments may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date to prevent future charges
- Cancellations take effect immediately; no partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle
- Pricing is subject to change for new members; existing members retain their current rate unless otherwise notified
- Any promotional or discounted pricing is non-refundable
All payments are processed securely through Stripe via Leadpages or MemberUp. Modern Money Matters does not store your payment information directly.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, financial results, or success of any kind. Your use of our products and services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Money Matters and Carlton Hill are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our content, programs, or community.
7. Force Majeure
Modern Money Matters is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions to services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, platform outages, cyber-attacks, or labor disputes.
8. No Legal or Financial Advice
All strategies, content, coaching, and community discussions provided through Modern Money Matters are for educational purposes only. Nothing presented constitutes personalized legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. You should consult a licensed and qualified professional before making any financial decisions based on information provided through our programs or community.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property associated with Modern Money Matters, including but not limited to the Modern Money Mastery Blueprint curriculum, are the exclusive property of Carlton Hill and Modern Money Matters. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Modifications to This Agreement
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued access to or use of any product or service following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, where The Triple M Collective, LLC is registered. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.
